New advisory board of Engel & Zimmermann

Gauting, August 2022. Engel & Zimmermann strengthens its expertise in the three important future fields of Human Resources, New Food and Digital with the formation of a new Advisory Board. The communications consultancy, based in Gauting near Munich and Cologne, has recruited Gabriele Kaminski, Godo Röben and Melanie Stütz, three renowned entrepreneurs and consultants, to join the newly created board in July 2022. With their industry expertise, they will support and accompany the agency in the future as important driving forces in their respective subject areas. “We are proud to have won these proven experts to support us on our way forward,” says Dr. Andreas Bachmeier, Partner and Spokesman of the Management Board. “The appointment is a strong statement that we are leading the way as a pacesetter in the fields that concern our agency and our clients. With these personalities, we are strengthening three important future fields. We are looking forward to three sparring partners, but also critical questioners, with whom we will move the agency forward together.”

Gabriele Kaminski is one of the most distinguished experts in personnel consulting and recruiting in Germany. The founder of GK Unternehmens- und Personalberatung was named one of the top 25 most important recruiters for media executives by the industry magazine kress last year and has known the PR industry for decades. “I would like to accompany and shape the future and growth of Engel & Zimmermann. To this end, I contribute above all my view of the dynamics of the labor market and participate in the positioning of Engel & Zimmermann that is relevant here. I am very much looking forward to working together,” says Kaminski.

Godo Röben was Managing Director of Rügenwalder Mühle for many years, during which time he drove the transformation of the company into one of the most important suppliers of plant-based products. Today, he is regarded as a pioneer for New Food in Germany and Europe like no other and is, among other things, on the board of the “Federal Association for Alternative Protein Sources”. “Engel & Zimmermann already enjoys an excellent reputation in the food industry,” says Röben. “I am looking forward to working with E&Z on our common mission to be a driver of the industry and to accompany its players in their transformation process. “My big goal is to strongly expand Alternative Proteins in Germany and Europe. Both in the “old economy”, in StartUps, in politics and in association work. This requires excellent PR work. And you get that from the No. 1 PR agency in the field of alternative proteins.”

As CEO of IDEASCANNER, Melanie Stütz is one of the most important minds in the German digital and creative scene. In 2022, she was named one of the “Top 50 Thought Leaders to Influence Your Mind” by the “Global AI Hub”. She is also active as a Digital Advisor for evaluating and scaling business ideas as well as pitches, including for the European Commission and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. “Developing business models for SMEs and associations requires digital perspectives. I am happy to support E&Z in sharpening these perspectives for clients and working together on future scenarios,” says Stütz.
