Certified according to the ZNU Sustainable Business Standard
Sustainability at E&Z
We start with ourselves: Because anyone who wants to advise on sustainability must fundamentally understand the topic. That’s why, since 2019, we have been the first PR agency ever to be certified according to the ZNU Sustainable Business Standard and have had our sustainability management comprehensively audited every year since then.
In addition, we have made our activities climate neutral since 2019. The ZNU Standard Nachhaltiger Wirtschaften (ZNU Standard for Sustainable Management) requires an intensive examination of sustainable corporate management and tests E&Z’s performance in the fields of action environment, economy and social affairs. We have used the ZNU standard to bundle, structure and expand our long-standing sustainability activities – an elaborate process on which we are continuously working.
Sustainability activities:
Environment
- -10% CO2 emissions from business travel per assessment period (basis: carbon footprint).
Economy
- We aim to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. We operationalize this via regular customer surveys, in which we aim to ensure that the overall score is always above 2.5 and the recommendation rate is always above 80%.
Social
- We train qualified junior staff (usually two traineeships and one dual study program per year).
