Our latest customer survey on their satisfaction with Engel & Zimmermann

How satisfied are our customers?
We surveyed them digitally between 18 September and 4 November 2024. We present the most important results and our conclusions here.

1. Quality assurance through regular customer surveys

‘How satisfied are our customers – and how can we become even better?’ We ask ourselves this question regularly because it is crucial to our success. To obtain well-founded answers, we surveyed our customers digitally between 18 September and 4 November 2024.

In this blog post, we take a look at the most important results and the conclusions we draw from them.

2. The most important results of the survey

The survey gave us very positive feedback on many areas of our work:

  • 100 % recommendation rate: an absolute endorsement of our work. Every participant would recommend us to others without reservation. This trust honours us and motivates us to continue to be fully committed to our customers.
  • Very good ratings in the areas of consulting quality and implementation of communication formats
  • Very good ratings for our response time for crisis issues and availability: Our ability to respond quickly and always be available, even in crisis situations, was predominantly rated positively.
  • Graphic work and communication concepts: Here, too, we record good ratings. The responses also indicate that we can become even more innovative and creative in these areas. We will continue to optimise our creative processes and incorporate fresh ideas into our work.

3. What do we take away from this?

The results of the survey and the comments of the participants have given us valuable insights into the topics that are particularly important to our customers and that are currently gaining in importance. The evaluation has shown that the topic of sustainability communication will play a greater role and therefore also support in the development and implementation of clever communication concepts. Equally important and linked to the topic of sustainability is advice on the preparation of ESG content.

Social media communication was also mentioned. We have put these topics on our agenda for 2025.

4. conclusion

Our Customer Satisfaction Survey 2024 shows us that we are on the right track, but also that the demands we face are constantly changing. The feedback serves as a basis for us to further improve our services and help to shape the future.
